- Tampa Bay Water master plan, Surfacewater Treatment Facility. New construction of $144 million, 120 MGD facility with five 2,000 HP high-service pumps. Power systems of 13.2 kV and 4,160 V with a 2.25 MW backup generator. Parsons Engineering lead electrical consulting engineer supervising the electrical contractor, code enforcement, and solving a 2-month start-up delay through root-cause analysis. Also part of $129 million resurfacing project of the 15.5 billion-gallon reservoir that stores the facility's water.
