FORTY YEARS
ON FLORIDA JOBSITES.

Concert halls, cinemas, water treatment plants, cruise ships — plus several thousand homes, offices, and small businesses. A representative slice of the work.

NAPLES PHILHARMONIC
CENTER FOR THE ARTS

Electrical design and installation on the concert-hall portion of the Naples Philharmonic. A performance venue has zero tolerance for transformer hum, dimmer chatter, or ground-loop noise — the wiring has to disappear acoustically.

Simon's role on the project combined field installation with engineering input on circuit layout, panel placement, and grounding strategy.

HOLLYWOOD 20
CINEMA · TAMPA

Electrical infrastructure for a large-format, twenty-screen theater complex. Continuous operating hours, high-demand projection and sound circuits, and strict code compliance for emergency and egress lighting.

Permits, inspections, and documentation all handled in-house.

TAMPA BAY WATER
TREATMENT PLANT

Industrial electrical work for municipal water infrastructure. Utility-grade service entrance, motor and drive installations for process pumps and blowers, control panel wiring, and stamped engineering documentation.

Municipal inspectors signed the package without revisions.

ROYAL CARIBBEAN
CRUISE SHIPS

Electrical engineering work on passenger cruise vessels. Marine electrical runs by different rules — salt, vibration, redundancy requirements, and zero-tolerance for failure at sea.

Simon's portfolio includes contributions to multiple Royal Caribbean hulls over the span of his career.

Plus several thousand

Homes, offices, restaurants,
and small businesses across Tampa Bay.

The marquee jobs teach the standard; the neighborhood jobs keep the phone ringing. Forty years of both.
